This article introduces the LCQZ Series Receiver and Transmitter, newly developed with advanced technology. These instruments combine computer signal recognition with automatic intelligent analysis for precise underground pig positioning. Unlike older models, they eliminate false alarms and accurately distinguish transmitter signals from external interference. Moreover, the gain adjusts automatically, ensuring stable signal reception through ferromagnetic pipelines. A clear LCD screen displays and records signals in real time for easier and more reliable pig tracking.
The complete system includes three core components: a pig with transmitter, a receiver, and an automatic charger. Additionally, this system works with all standard oil, gas, and water pipelines without extra construction modifications. It enables effective communication between underground pigs and surface receivers, enhancing pigging reliability.

Dedicated Intelligent Automatic Protection Charger
This charger works with electronic pigs and tracking receivers. It charges intelligently and uses alarm indicators for status updates. It removes battery memory effect and extends battery life. The panel has three indicator lights: discharge, charge, and complete. First, connect the charger to a 220V AC power supply. The charger checks if the plug connects to the instrument. The lights flash during this initial test. If connected, it checks the battery power level. If the battery is low, it checks if it’s empty. And if not empty, the charger starts discharging automatically.
The discharge indicator light turns on during this phaseOnce the battery is empty, it switches to charging. The charging indicator light turns on during this phase. When fully charged, the charger stops automatically. The completion light turns on after charging finishes. Unplug the charging plug to use the instrument. Connect the tracking receiver using the alarm indicator plug. Use the crocodile clips to connect the electronic pig charger. Attach the red clip to the copper (positive) column. Attach the black clip to the steel (negative) column. Do not reverse the connections.
