Material Specifications of the Pipeline Scraper Foam Pig

The EMT Pipeline Scraper Foam Pig is meticulously crafted from polyurethane foam, which is offered in low, medium, and high densities to suit a diverse array of pipeline operations. These densities vary significantly, starting at 35 kg/m³ for lighter applications and extending up to 150 kg/m³ for more demanding conditions. Consequently, this range provides a spectrum of mechanical strengths and durability options to effectively accommodate different pipeline environments.

cochons en mousseEfficacité opérationnelle

Designed for efficiency and effectiveness, the EMT Pipeline Scraper Foam Pig operates across a temperature spectrum from -30°C to 100°C. It is capable of maintaining its functionality across extensive distances, making it ideal for extended pipeline systems such as the Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline. Additionally, it withstands pressures up to 7 MPa and can handle pipeline bends with a minimum radius of 3D, where D represents the pipe’s outer diameter.
